A few days ago, we sat down with Caleb Dohou and Moussa Sawadago, two MMES students who are about to graduate from ASE. Moussa just returned from an internship in Ghana, and Caleb is currently there. Through our conversations with both of them, we learned about their professional experiences and long-term goals, and they even passed along helpful advise to other students about acquiring internships.

The African School of Economics is committed to providing students with holistic experiences by placing them in companies and institutions where they can work on real projects that impact their careers. Our department of Planning and Student Placement, lead by Associate Dean David Gbaguidi, works with a wide array of institutions (private sector, NGO and Government) in order to offer our second year students internship opportunities all over the continent. Internship placements take place in the second semester and their average length is of three months.
