Prisca Yéwa Tidjani has started a new role at the African School of Economics, as Manager of the ASE Research Institutes. As Manager of the ASE Research Institutes, she is in charge of the administrative and financial tasks concerning ongoing research projects. In addition to working on the financial proposal for the projects during submission, she ensures the proper execution of each budget item once a project is successfully funded and the project begins.

Ms. Tidjani received her MBA from the first graduating cohort at ASE  Cohort 2016  and is currently enrolled in the PhD Program. She also holds a Bachelors of Law from the University of Abomey-Calavi. She has been involved in many projects such as Afrobarometer (as an enumerator and controller), local governance data collection about tax on our mayors, and work as a data collector for the election project.

The last project she conducted concerned the impact evaluation of PAEFE (Programme d’Appui à l’Education et la Formation des Enfants Exclus du système éducatif), where she worked as the adjoint coordinator and supervisor, preparing the materials needed for the data collection. She has been a part of the committee working on writing the strategies for the study with Mister OLAPADE.

Starting with her job post as Financial Manager, Ms. Tidjani has been involved in the finances of all projects of ASE (3IE Girl Education Project, Mathematic Project, 3IE Senegal Project, PEJ Project, PASTR II Project, IGC Project, Manchester Project, etc.)

She is currently doing the same work.

Ms. Tidjani says, “With this new role I can contribute more to ASE Development by developing my ability to make proposals and submit many projects; by doing so I’ll be more involved in research”. She brings experience and expertise to the new role, and looks forward to supporting and bolstering the university’s success.
