The building project will be realized on an 18-ha land, in Abomey-Calavi, in the South of Benin. In a delegated project management, CIOA (Centre International d’Opportunités d’Affaires) will ensure the realization of the operation from conception to turnkey design and construction with the support of the network’s service providers (project managers, service providers, construction companies, and suppliers) and its collaborative organization.

This new 7-million euros contract involves the first section of a global project that aims at equipping this higher education institution with modern infrastructure to “train a new generation of African leaders”.

Aspiring to be a model as regards environmental protection, this campus will be equipped with its own photovoltaic power plant to guarantee its independence when it comes to energy.

“CIOA’s innovative approach which aims at pooling resources and bringing together the relevant expertise towards the realization of its members’ projects, is the tangible expression of these new forms of co-operation that favor private enterprise.”

Leonard Wantchekon, ASE President and Founder

Leon Lucide, President of CIOA
